LODGING POLICIES
- Short Stays: Based upon availability, we offer short stays as well. Please note that an extra charge of 15% of the full reservation value applies for short stays.
- Child Discounts: Kids aged 4 to 12 sharing their parents' room are charged Euro 50.00. Children aged 12 over sharing their parents' room are charged Euro 100.00. Special rates apply for Christmas, New Years and Carnival Season – please ask for details.
- Deposit Policy: Three night's lodging is due at the time of booking; with short stays we require a 50% deposit when making the reservation.
- Payment Options: We accept Cash and EC Cards, Visa and Mastercard.
- Cancellation Policy: Room reservations are subject to Austrian Hotel Contract Regulations (AHCR). We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, as we are unable to vary from our cancellation policies.
- Internet Access: For total convenience, wireless Internet access is available in our Hotel (WLAN Access Point)
- Smoking Policy: Please note that we are a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
- Breakfast: Breakfast is served daily from 07:30am to 10:00am.
- Dinner: Dining daily from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
- Spa Hours: Our Spa is open daily from 4:00pm to 6:30pm for your enjoyment.
- Check-in: Your room will be ready from 2:00pm.
- Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 09:30am. Should you wish to stay longer to enjoy another day on the slopes or hiking trails, we are pleased to provide luggage storage, shower and dressing room and parking for your convenience on departure day. This special service is available at a supplement of Euro 15.00 per person.
